Video — the marketing people tell me — is the wave of the future. And despite the fact that putting myself on camera opens me up to a whole new world of aesthetic scrutiny, I’ve never been one to stand in the way of progress.

Today’s video focuses on Revenue Ruling 99-6, Situation 1 and the tax consequences of converting from a multi-member LLC into a single member LLC disregarded from its owner. Please excuse the audio; once the economy turns around, I’ll spring for a Flip cam.
